Return & Exchange Policy
Although we hope you’re happy with your order, we understand there are times where you may need to exchange or return your purchase. Please use the following guide to determine your eligibility for return or exchange.
If you've received your order and it’s:
- not the item you ordered
- not the size you ordered
- damaged or defective
- within 10 days since the date of delivery
- in it’s original packaging
- unused/unworn/unwashed
- not marked as a “final sale” item
We’ll be happy to do an exchange or issue you a store credit equal to the amount of item(s) returned, minus the original shipping cost. In some cases, additional shipping charges may apply.

For Mystery Bags
The contents of our Mystery Bags are entirely luck of the draw and final sale (as described on the product page). To be fair to everyone, even if what you receive is a duplicate of something you already have or didn't want in the first place, there are no returns, exchanges, or refunds.
For Anything Else
All of our products (such as posters and t-shirts) are produced in limited quantities and sometimes sell out quickly, especially during new releases and sales. We work extremely hard to produce beautiful product photos and eloquent descriptions so you know exactly what you’re purchasing.
In order to be fair to everyone, we do not accept returns or exchanges if your request fails to meet the above criteria.
